Profile of Lanzhou Vocational Technical College

兰州职业技术学院是兰州市政府所属的全日制普通高等职业院校。现有总校区、雁儿湾校区、桃林校区3个校区，占地面积462亩。设11个院系、3个教学部。在校生一万余人，教职工753人，副高职称以上教师254人，其中博士、硕士研究生344人。经省政府批准，学院挂牌成立了甘肃工商技师学院。2019年，组建成立了甘肃省学前教育职教集团和文化产业职教集团。

Lanzhou Vocational Technical College is a full-time general higher vocational college affiliated to the Lanzhou Municipal Government.At present, there are 3 campuses: the main campus, Yan’erwan campus and Taolin campus, covering an area of 462 mu. It has set up 11 secondary colleges or departments and 3 teaching departments. There are about 10,000 students, 753 faculty members, 254 teachers with the title of associate professors or above, including 344 teachers with doctoral and master degree.Approved by Gansu Provincial Government, Gansu Institute of Industrial and Commercial Technicians was established in the College. The  Preschool Education Vocational Education Group and The Cultural Industry Vocational Education Group have been set up in2019.

学院专业建设紧密结合市场和企业发展需求，计算机应用技术专业为国家级示范性专业；数控技术、学前教育、汽车检测与维修技术、动漫设计与制作技术、物流管理等5个专业为省级骨干专业，其中：数控技术、学前教育专业为国家级骨干专业；模具设计与制造、电子商务、动漫设计与制作等3个专业为省级教改试点专业；数控技术、动漫设计与制作、汽车检测与维修技术等3个专业为省级特色专业；有光伏发电技术与应用团队、汽车检测与维修技术团队、CAD/CAM应用技术团队等10个省级专业教学团队。建成“汽车电子控制技术”等7门省级精品课程，汽车发动机构造与原理等4门省级精品资源共享课，综合物流实训、课件制作2门省级在线精品课程，综合物流实训、课件制作等9门省级在线精品课程。获得“依托校企校研合作平台构建光伏特色专业模式”等12项省级教学成果奖。学院共有物流管理等24个“1+X证书”试点专业，数量位居全省前列。学院成立省内首家非物质文化遗产学院，着力培养具有新时代工匠精神和创新创业能力的非遗传承人。

The College construction is closely combined with market and enterprise development needs, the Computer Application Technology is a national model of professional; Numerical Control Technology, Preschool Education, Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology, Animation Design and Production and Logistics management are provincial-level backbones majors, among which Numerical Control Technology and Preschool Educationare national-level backbones majors; Mould Design and Manufacturing, E-commerce, Animation Design and Production, are provincial-level teaching reform pilots majors; Numerical Control Technology, Animation Design and Production and Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology are provincial-level characteristic specialty; There are 10 provincial-level professional teaching teams such as the Photovoltaicpower generation technology and Application team, the Automobile inspection and maintenance technology Team and the CAD/CAM Application Technology Team. It has completed 7 provincial-level quality courses such as Automotive Electronic Control Technology, and has established 4 provincial-level quality resource-sharing courses such as Automobile Engine Construction and Principle, and has established 2 provincial-level online quality courses such as Comprehensive logistics training and  courseware making, and 9 provincial online excellent courses such as Comprehensive Logistics Training and Courseware Making have been built. It has won 12 provincial-level Teaching Achievement Awards such as Relying on the School-enterprise School-research Cooperation Platform to Construct the PhotovoltaicCharacteristic Professional Mode. The College has 24 "1+X Certificate" pilot majors, including logistics management, which ranks among the top in the province. Meanwhile, the College has established the first intangible cultural heritage college in the province, focused on cultivating non-genetic inheritors with the spirit of craftsman in the new age and the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.

学院现有机械工程、汽车技术、生物制药、动漫设计、物流技术、学前教育、电子信息、太阳能光伏等100余个校内实训中心。机械工程实训中心、汽车钣喷实训中心、食品工程实训中心3个实训中心为国家级生产性实训基地。太阳能光电建筑应用示范项目被国际太阳能研究所确定为太阳能技术示范与国际培训实习基地。

There are more than 100 on-campus training centers such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive technology, Bio-pharmaceuticals, Animation Design, Logistics Technology, Preschool Education, Electronic Information, and Solar Photovoltaic. The Mechanical Engineering Training Center, the Stamping Injection Training Center and the Food Engineering Training Center are national-level production training bases. The Solar Photovoltaic Building Application Demonstration Project has been identified by the International Solar Energy Research Institute as a Solar Energy Technology Demonstration and International Training Practice Base.

学院与德国BOSCH(博世)、麦特奔腾、费斯托(中国)、巴斯夫、奔驰、陆科斯德等知名企业深度合作，与汉斯·赛德尔基金会共建培训中心，共同开展汽车专业建设和人才培养和培训。信息安全与管理专业成为甘肃省在高等职业院校中开设的首个网络空间安全一级学科下的专业。2019年11月，兰州市网络安全学院落户学院。

The College has deeply cooperated with well-known enterprises such as German BOSCH, Matt Pentium, Festo (China), BASF, Benz, Lukeside(China), and established a training center with the Hans Seidel Foundation to jointly carry out the automotive professional construction and talent training. Information Security and Management have become the first major in the first-level discipline of cyberspace security in Gansu higher vocational colleges. In November 2019, Lanzhou Institute of Network Security has settled down in the College.

近三年，有500余名学生在全国职业院校技能大赛、世界技能大赛全国选拔赛、全国大学生电子竞赛、全国数控技能大赛、全国大学生机器人大赛、全国3D大赛、全国大学生广告艺术大赛、“挑战杯”大学生技能大赛等国家、省级各类专业技能竞赛中获奖。学院在2019年全省职业院校教师技能大赛获高职组团体一等奖。第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国总决赛中获得金奖，这是甘肃高校首次在该项大赛全国总决赛中获得金奖。

In the past three years, there are more than 500 students won prizes in various national and provincial professional skill competitions, such as the National Vocational College Skills Contest, the World Skills Contest National Selection Competition, the National College Student Electronic Competition, the National CNC Skills Contest, the National College Student Robot Contest, the National 3D Contest, the National College Student Advertising Art Contest, Challenge Cup College Student Skills Competition. The College won the first prize in the 2019 Provincial Teacher Skills Competition of high vocational colleges. And also won the gold medal in the national final of the fifth "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for College students, which is the first time for Gansu colleges and universities.

The College is one of the first batch of Educational Informatization Construction Pilot Units of the Ministry of Education. The informatization construction and digital campus construction of the College have achieved phased results.

学院重视人才队伍建设。以师德建设为基础，大力推行“双师型”教师队伍建设，着力培养专业带头人、骨干教师，积极构建科学合理的教学梯队。以提升职业素质和职业技能为核心，弘扬大国工匠精神，组建了9个“大师工作室”。

The College attaches great importance to the construction of a talent team. 初等教育学院

Primary Education College

初等教育学院现有教职工72人，在校学生2194人。设有学前教育、早期教育、幼儿发展与健康管理、应用英语、表演艺术等5个专业。建成省内一流的理实一体化校内实训基地，拥有各类专业实训室70余间，与省内外100余所幼儿园和幼教集团建立了长期稳定的校企合作关系。学生毕业后不仅能够获得幼儿教师资格证书，还有机会考取营养师证书和育婴师证书，为学生毕业出口提供了更多的选择机会。

There are 72teachers and 2194 studentsin Primary Education College now. It has 5 majorsincluding Preschool Education, Early Education, Early Childhood Development and Health Management, Applied English and Performing Arts. It has built a first-class practical training base in the province, with more than 70 training rooms of various specialties, and has established long-term and stable school-enterprise cooperative relations with more than 100 kindergartens and preschool education groups.After graduation, students can not only obtain the Certificate of Preschool Teacher Qualification, but also have the opportunity to obtain the Certificate of Dietitian and Nursery Teacher, providing students with more choices for graduation.

非物质文化遗产学院

Intangible Cultural Heritage College

兰州职业技术学院非物质文化遗产学院是全国高职院校首个“非物质文化遗产学院”，已获批为“古籍修复技艺省级传习所”、“甘肃省中华优秀传统文化传承基地”。现设有工艺美术品设计、产品艺术设计、首饰设计与工艺、文物修复与保护等4个专业，有国家级和省级非遗传人、省级工艺美术大师、行业专家及技术人员等48名专兼职教师。已建成敦煌彩塑、洮砚、唐卡、剪纸、彩陶、木雕、葫芦雕刻、古籍修复、版画、书画装裱等10个大师工坊。建成木艺创意工作室、文物修复基础实验室和文物修复检测实验室等实训基地。现有学生89人。其2020届毕业生已全部在国企、博物馆、工美设计公司等单位就业，就业率100%。

It’s the first "Intangible Cultural Heritage College" in higher vocational colleges in China, whichhas been approved as "Provincial Ancient BooksRestoration Skills Training Center" and "Gansu Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture Inheritance Base". It now has 4 majorsincluding Arts and Crafts Design, Product Art Design, Jewelry Design and Crafts, Cultural Relic Restoration and Protection. There are 48 teachers including national and provincial non-genetic inheritor, provincial arts and crafts masters, industry experts and technicians. It has built 9 master workshops including Painted Sculptures in Dunhuang，Inkstone, Thangka, Paper-Cut, Colored Pottery, Wood Carving, Gourd Carving, Ancient Books Restoration, Printmaking, Calligraphy and Painting Mounting. It has built several training base such as theWood Art Creative Studio, theBasic Laboratory for Cultural Relic Restoration and theTesting Laboratory for Cultural Relic Restoration. There are 204 students now. Its 2020 graduates have all been employed in state-owned enterprises, museums, industrial art design companies and other units, with an employment rate of 100%.

机电工程系

Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department

机电工程系现有专职教师50人，在校学生1743人。是“机械行业FANUC先进制造人才培养联盟副理事长单位”、“机械行业智能检测技术职业教育集团理事单位”、“PLCopen IEC61131-3 应用职业技能认证中心委员单位”。开设有数控技术、机械制造与自动化、机电一体化、电气自动化技术、模具设计与制造、焊接技术与自动化、光伏发电技术与应用等7个专业。建成国家级协同创新中心（数字化设计与智能制造应用技术）、国家级生产性实训基地（机械工程实训中心）、西北首个中国焊接协会机器人焊接培训基地，是“兰州市高校毕业生就业见习基地”、“中国模具工业协会人才培训基地”。

There are 50 teachers and 1743 students in the Department now. It is "the Vice Chairman Unit of FANUC Advanced Manufacturing Talent Training Alliance of Machinery Industry", "the Council Member Unit of Intelligent Testing Technology Vocational Education Group of Machinery Industry", "the Committee Member Unit of PLCopen IEC61131-3 Applied Vocational Skills Certification Center". It has 7 majorsincluding NumericalControl Technology, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronic Integration, Electrical Automation Technology, Mold Design and Manufacturing, Welding Technology and Automation, Photovoltaic Power Generation Technology and Application. It has built National Collaborative Innovation Center (Digital Design and Intelligent Manufacturing Technology), the National Productive Practice Base (Mechanical Engineering Training Center), the first China Welding Association Robot Welding Training Base in the Northwest of China. It is "theCollege Graduates Employment Practice Base of Lanzhou City", "the Talent training Base of China Mould Industry Association".

汽车工程与交通运输系

Automotive Engineering and Transportation Department

汽车工程与交通运输系现有教职工30人，在校学生1456人。开设汽车检测与维修、智能工程机械运用技术、汽车技术服务与营销、新能源汽车技术等4个专业，建有汽车技术实训中心、博世汽车检测实训中心、新能源汽车体检中心、费斯托无尘干磨实训中心、麦特奔腾汽车钣金实训中心等15个汽车专业实训场所，落成中国汽车维修行业协会培训中心和中国汽车保修设备行业协会培训中心，建成国家级生产型实训基地——汽车钣喷实训中心。

There are 30 teachers and 1456 students in the Department now. It has 4 majorsincluding Automotive Inspection and Maintenance, Intelligent Construction Machinery Application Technology, Automobile Technology Service and Marketing, and New Energy Vehicle Technology. It has built 15 professional training venues including Auto Technology Training Center, Bosch Automotive Testing Training Center, New Energy Automobile Examination Center, Festo Clean Dry Grinding Training Center, Matt Pentium Automotive Sheet Metal Training center. It has establishedChina's Automobile Maintenance Industry Association Training Center,the Training Center of Chinese Automobile Maintenance Equipment Industry Association, and the National Production Training Base - Auto Spray Coin Training Center.

经济管理系

Economic ManagementDepartment

经济管理系现有教职工56人，在校学生2101人。设有会计电算化、物流管理、电子商务、连锁经营管理、金融管理、跨境电子商务、市场营销等7个专业。建成物流管理实训中心、财税金融实训中心、新零售实训中心和电子商务实训中心。现为甘肃省现代物流职业教育集团副理事长单位、全国跨境电子商务职业教育集团常务理事单位、甘肃省电子商务职业教育集团先进理事单位。

There are55 teachers and 2101 students in the Department now. It has 7 majors including Accounting Computerization, Logistics Management, E-commerce, Chain Operation and Management, Financial Management, Cross-border E-commerce, and Marketing. It has built Logistics Management Training Center, Finance and Taxation Training Center, New Retail Training Center and E-commerce Training Center. It is now the Vice Chairman Unit of Gansu Modern Logistics Vocational Education Group, the Standing Director Unit of National Cross-border E-commerce Vocational Education Group, and the Advanced Director Unit of Gansu E-commerce Vocational Education Group.

数字传媒系

Digital Media Department

数字传媒系现有专职教师53人，在校学生1167人。设有动漫制作技术、广告设计与制作、建筑室内设计、数字媒体艺术设计、虚拟现实应用技术、影视多媒体技术、艺术设计等7个专业。建成全省一流动漫实训基地、虚拟现实、广告设计、影视制作、室内设计等实训中心。在省内外多家企业、电视台、数码彩印公司、设计公司建有校外实习实训基地。现为国家动漫游戏产业振兴基地NACG甘肃唯一授权合作院校、西北第一家“Adobe数字艺术中心”、中国数字艺术教育联盟ACAA教学中心、国家职业教育广告设计与制作专业教学资源库建设单位、德国费斯托工具西北地区培训中心、Corel数字创意设计联盟院校合作伙伴、“教育部国育华渔VR世界实验室”、“中青网VR工作站”。

There are 53 teachers and 1167 students in the Department now. It has 7 majors including Animation Production Technology, Advertising Design and Production, Architectural Interior Design, Digital Media Art Design, Virtual Reality Application Technology, Film and Television Multimedia Technology, and Art Design. It has built the provincial first-class animation training base, and other training centers such as Virtual Reality, Advertising Design, Film and Television Production, and Interior Design. It has also built several off-campus practice and training base in many enterprises, television stations, digital color printing companies, and design companies. It is now the National Animation Game Industry Revitalization Base NACG, the only Authorized Partner Schools in Gansu Province, thefirst "Adobe digital art center" in the Northwest of China, China Digital Art Education Union ACAA Teaching Center, the National Vocational Education Advertising Design and Production of Professional Teaching Resource Database Construction Unit, Germany Festo Tools Training Center in the Northwest of China, Corel Digital Creative Design Union Institutions Partners, "Guoyuhuayu VR Laboratory of the Ministry of Education", and "China Youth Net VR Workstation".

生物工程系

Bioengineering Department

生物工程系现有教职工65人，在校学生1121人。设有药品生产技术、食品营养与检测、环境监测与控制技术、护理、烹调工艺与营养、食品生物技术等6个专业。建成护理、制药工程、食品工程、环境工程等4个实训中心，下设药物提取、制剂、理化检测、微生物、菌种、组培、啤酒和果酒等28个实训室。与“甘肃峰骥环保有限公司”共建环境监测实训中心。

There are65 teachers and 1121 students in the Department now. It has 6 majors including Drug Production Technology, Food Nutrition and Testing, Environmental Monitoring and Control Technology, Nursing, Cooking Technology and Nutrition, and Food Biotechnology. It has built 4 training centers such as Nursing, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Food Engineering and Environmental Engineering, including 28 training rooms such as Drug Extraction, Preparation, Physical and Chemical Testing, Microbiology, Bacterial Species, Tissue Culture, Beer, Fruit Wine and so on. It has built the Environmental Monitoring Training Center with Gansu Fengji Environmental Protection Co. LTD..

电子信息工程系

Electronic and Information Engineering Department

电子与信息工程系2003年被教育部、信息产业部确定为计算机应用与软件技术紧缺型人才培养基地。现有教师61人，在校学生1083人。设有物联网应用技术、计算机应用技术、计算机网络技术、软件技术、信息安全与管理、人工智能技术服务等6个专业。2019年由市委网信办在学院挂牌成立“兰州市网络安全学院”。现为“全国信息安全职业教育集团”副理事长单位。建有物联网应用型人才培养基地、网络安全综合实训中心、锐捷网络实验室、神州数码网络实训室、表面贴装（SMT）实训中心等17间校内实践场所，安靠封装科技有限公司、甘肃海丰信息科技有限公司等数家校外实践场所。

The Department was identified as a Training Base for Computer Applications and Software Technology Talentsby the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Information Industry in 2003.There are 61 teachers and 1083 students in the Department now. It has 6 majorsincluding Internet of Things Application Technology, Computer Application Technology, Computer Network Technology, Software Technology, Information Security and Management, and Artificial Intelligence Technology Service. It was founded Lanzhou Institute of Network Security in 2019. It is now the Vice Chairman Unit of National Information Security Vocational Education Group. It has 17 on-campus practice places such as Internet of Things Application-oriented Talent Training Base, Comprehensive Network Security Training Center, Ruijie Network Laboratory, Digital China Network Training Room, SMT Training Center, and several off-campus practice places such as Anyou Packaging Technology Co. Ltd. and Gansu Haifeng Information Technology Co. Ltd..

现代服务系

Modern Service Department

现代服务系现有教师36人，在校学生843人。现有文秘、旅游管理、酒店管理、家政服务与管理、婚庆服务与管理等5个专业，其中婚庆服务与管理专业是西北首家在高职院校开设的专业。建有酒店、文秘、旅游、婚庆、家政等5个实训中心，包括客房实训室、茶道/西餐/中餐实训室、办公自动化实训室、户外露营地、VR实训室、数码视觉处理实训室、婚庆综合实训室和化妆造型实训室等20余间专业实训室。现为“中国老年职业教育发展联盟”理事单位。

There are 36 teachers and 843 students in the Department now. It has 5 majors including Secretary, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Housekeeping Service and Management, Wedding Service and Management. And the major of Wedding Service and Management is the first major in higher vocational colleges in the northwest of China. It has 5 training centers such as Hotel, Secretary, Tourism Wedding, and Housekeeping including more than 20 professional training rooms such as Guest Room, Tea Ceremony / Western Food / Chinese Food Training Room, Office Automation Training Room, Outdoor Camping Ground, VR Training Room, Digital Visual Processing Training Room, Wedding Comprehensive Training Room and Makeup Modeling Training Room.

It is the Governing Unit of the League of GeriatricEducation Vocational Development in China now.
